Production process

The production process consists of 4 steps.

Hard to believe, but it takes just 1–3 weeks to go from concept to final product.

3D Model Preparation.
Our graphic designers meticulously craft a detailed 3D model, investing hours of creativity and precision to ensure every element reflects the client’s vision.

Model Adaptation for Production.
Once the design is finalised, our chief technologist optimises the model for fabrication, ensuring it’s ready for efficient and accurate production.

Component Printing & Prototyping.

We print and assemble the first prototype (MVP), testing multiple iterations to refine details and improve quality through continuous learning.

Client Review, Feedback & Final Production

The prototype is thoroughly reviewed with the client to gather feedback and make refinements.
Once approved, the optimized, eco-friendly product moves into final production - ready for mass manufacturing and delivery.
